  • Seek Professional Help: If mood swings become intense or prolonged, it’s crucial to seek counseling or discuss with your obstetrician. Sometimes, antenatal depression or anxiety needs professional intervention.
  • Set Aside ‘Me Time’: Dedicate time to activities you love, be it reading, crafting, or simply taking a warm bath. It’s essential for your emotional well-being.
  • Stay Informed: Understanding the physical changes in your body can sometimes make emotional shifts more manageable. Attend prenatal classes or read recommended books.
